Hi everyone!

I just became a guild member and took the Introductory Safety Course and the Core Shop Tools class. I'm looking to design, plan, and create a gaming table for me and my friends to play board games on. I've got an idea of what it should look like, but I have no idea how to layout the design for the build or how to even start. I'm pretty easy going and would love to let someone talk my ear off over a beer or 3 on how to design/layout this project and get some helpful advice on wood for it.

Anyone want to point me into a good direction? Any help is appreciated!
