REGISTRATION will open January 2, 2025

The 2025 show is once again back live at the Oregon Convention Center in Hall D.  Booths are for Guild members only.  To Join the Guild, click HERE.

    Details

    • Location – Oregon Convention Center, Hall D
    • Move-In - April 23, 24
    • Wednesday, 4/23 - 2:00 – 6:00
    • Thursday, 4/24 – 9:00 – 9:00
    • Overnight security will be provided Thursday night
    • Show Hours:
      • Friday – 10 – 7
      • Saturday – 10 – 6
      • Sunday – 10 – 4


    • Booths available – Booths will have 3’ side curtains, 8’ back wall, an identification sign and electricity.  No tables or chairs will be provided.  There are 10 corner booths available on a first come, first serve basis.  Best to register early.
      • 10’ x 10’ - $590 – Standard Booth with Electricity
      • 10’ x 10’ - $640 – Corner Booth with Electricity. There are a limited number of corner booths so register early.
      • 15’ x 10’ - $930 – Standard Booth with Electricity
      • 15’ x 10’ - $980 – Corner Booth with Electricity. There are a limited number of corner booths so register early.
      • Larger Booths - to order a 20' booth, order two 10' booth.  For a 25' booth, order one 10' and one 15' booth.  Deposits are required for each booth ordered.
      • Register Early - Get your reservation in ASAP.
    Deadlines & Requirements for the Application
    • To Register -  (1) fill out the online Registration Form and (2) pay for the booth and options.  You will receive a copy of your registration responses.  Keep this email in case you need to make a change or add more people for a name badge.
    • January 31, 2025 - provide 3 high resolution images.  
    • February 1, 2025 - A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booth.
    • March 15, 2025 - Remaining balance due

      Below are ordering options.  

      • $150 deposit for 10' Standard Booth
      • $200 deposit for 10' Corner Booth
      • $200 deposit for 15' Standard Booth
      • $250 deposit for 15' Corner Booth
      • $440 Final Payment for 10' Standard Booth
      • $730 Final Payment for 15' Standard Booth
      • $440 Final Payment for 10' Corner Booth
      • $730 Final Payment for 15' Corner Booth

      • $20 - Extension for Steel Framing for Corner or Oversized Booths
      • $20 - Diagonal bar, required 9'-16' extensions are available
      • $20 - 10’ Extension, 8' high perpendicular to back, no curtain

      • $100 - 5 Amp Electrical - needs to be ordered with the booth.  Cannot order during setup.
      • $30 - Table (no skirts)
      • $21 - Chair
      • $25 - Bar Stool

      IMPORTANT NOTE - To complete your booth registration the Registration Form must be filled out and a deposit paid.
