Redeeming your Gift Certificates Credits

When a Gift Certificate is purchased in your name, the amount is credited to your account which you can use to pay for classes or shop time.

When you login, you will see your credit amount.  Follow these steps.   

• For Shop time that you are buying with credit but still owe money at the end – Please make two purchases – one using all your credits and one for what you are paying for.
• For Shop time that you are buying with your credit - follow these steps

1. Purchase the Shop Time item/items and add them to your cart
2. Click on View Cart. 
3. Click on Proceed to Checkout and then Continue
   
4. Click on I am not a robot
   
5. If your credit covers what you owe, in the lower right corner, a popup will show your current Balance and credit (Overpayment)
6. Click on Balance
   
7. This will take you to your Profile’s Invoices and Payments page
8. Select the gift certificate line and the items you are purchasing by clicking on the box on the far right of each line
9. Click on SETTLE in the upper yellow box

• For Classes follow these steps

1. For a class, finish the registration
2. Click on Pay Online to go to PayPal but once PP appears, cancel out and go back to the Guild’s website.  Do not pay in PayPal at this time.  (This step is required to register the class to your account)
   
3. Go to the box in the lower right and click on Balance.  Alternatively go to your Profile by clicking on your name and then View Profile/Invoices and Payments.  Your total will appear here
4. Select the gift certificate and items you are purchasing by clicking on the box on the far right of each line
5. In the yellow box at the top click on Pay Online or Settle if the credit exceeds the class fee.
6. You will go to PayPal to pay or if no payment is needed, you are done
