Since it is purpose built, it also has a view window, a collet at the bottom so the edges are semi-curved and a 1” vacuum port to make sure the bag stays against the walls. (it was designed to be the basin for the first stage of a two stage system)
The lid is approx 26” diameter (vs a 55 gallon barrel that is about 23”). Height is only 12” . i would guess it is about 20 gallons?
The hole in the top was cut at 6 3/8”

I believe this unit is complete. I had it connected for a short period of time, but the size is just too small for my purposes. I'm hoping someone will be able to make good use of this bin so I can keep it from going to the scrap yard. Pickup in Sellwood.
