Estate sale

On Saturday, Feb 22, 2025, from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm, the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers will hold an estate sale including power and hand tools, and wood from a few local woodworking shops. The sale will take place at the Guild.  Find special woodworking tools and wood for yourself and others at our estate sale.

The following floor- and bench-mounted power tools & accessories will be included in the sale: Nova #55175 Digital Variable Reluctance Drive Technology XP lathe w/multiple accessories, Delta #46-700 3/4HP lathe, and Delta #46-250 1/2HP midi - all lathes are mounted on custom wooden stands; 20+ Sorby and other high-end turning tools; Trend air shield; numerous boxes of well-seasoned turning stock; SuperMax 19-38 1-3/4HP drum sander on stand; Grizzly #GO528 sliding router table w/Craftsman router on mobile base; Delta #17-900 16-1/2" 3/4HP floor-standing drill press; drill press vise; Delta #31-080 1/4HP bench-mounted 1" belt/5" disc sander; Craftsman #113.244510 10" bench-mounted band saw; and Delta 1/10HP bench-mounted scroll saw.

Portable power tools and accessories for sale include Bosch #3283 DVS random-orbit disc sander; Stanley Bostitch and other pneumatic nail guns; battery-powered drill, driver, and flashlight; sets of Forstner and other drill bits; and Ryobi rotary tool.

Hand tools for sale include many Stanley/Bailey, Japanese, and other metal and wooden bench, block, transition, molding, and scraper planes; Record spokeshave; Radi-plane; multiple Jorgensen, Quick-grip, and other bar, pipe, and spring clamps; and Jorgensen and another bench vises. A substantial volume of wood, including several large domestic maple and walnut slabs, figured maple, and other milled hardwood boards, some exotic species and boards up to 10' in length (over 150 pieces in all),.

This sale will take place in a residential neighborhood. Parking is available on the street, but please do not block neighbors' mailboxes.

A sign-in list will be started at 8:30 am on sale day and entry will be based on sign-in time. We will conduct a silent auction of higher-priced tools and those in special demand. The auction will be terminated and bid sheets collected at 11:00 am. All bidders must be on site or represented on site by a surrogate and all purchases must be paid for on sale day.

All tools and other items are sold as is, and all sales are final. We accept cash or credit cards. Thank you for your cooperation and good luck!
