General Description
The goal is to build a Paul Sellers style Router Plane using two pieces of wood, cabinet style doorknobs and the Paul Sellers Hardware Kit. Use of hand tools will be emphasized but some machine tools may be used if desired (drill press, band saw, belt sander, table saw).
Guild will provide the wood, the hardware kits and the handle knobs. We will be using the drills, and saws, planes, band saw and drill press.
If students have a marking knife, pencil, a sharp plane, chisels, ruler, combo square, sliding bevel, small hand saw, and Shinto rasp they could bring those. Students should also bring their Personal Protective Equipment.
