Hand Tool Special Interest Group
Presenter: Ken Hall
Requirements: Intro to the Guild.
Topic for January 25, 2024: Title: Hand tools for boring holes
Description: Ken Hall will lead a discussion of the wide range of tools available for boring holes using only hand power. These tools range from ones for the drilling of very small holes in delicate materials to the drilling of the large holes cut for mortises in post and beam construction. Many of these tools can only be found as old tools in estate sales and antique shops. Come and learn about which ones you might want to add to your hand tool set.
I look forward to seeing you there.
