Lee is retired from: The family-owned Collins traces its roots back to 1855, when T.D. Collins began timber operations in Pennsylvania. Today, the 118,000-acre Collins Pennsylvania Forest in the Allegheny Mountains of northwest Pennsylvania supplies our Kane Hardwood sawmill with cherry, hard & soft maple, red oak, ash, poplar & birch. We also own & operate Richwood Hardwood in West Virginia sawing the same species as Kane.
Our holdings also include the Collins Lakeview Forest in southern Oregon and Lake Almanor Forest in northern California that supply Ponderosa pine, sugar pine and white fir to our two softwood sawmills, Chester Sawmill and Lakeview Sawmill.
Additionally, Collins Products LLC in Klamath Falls, OR manufactures TruWood Siding & Trim and Collins Pine Particleboard.
All of our products are available as FSC Certified.
