Maple and Walnut Bandsaw cutting boards
  • These bandsaw cutting boards are fun to make. They're done by taping together walnut and maple boards, cutting half the pattern, alternating the pieces, glue that together, then cutting it again.

  • Bandsaw cutting boards in process
  • bandsaw cutting boards at glue up time
  • End grain elm and maple brick pattern cutting boards.
  • Ambrosia maple cheese board with inlayed mouse, looks more like a rat!
  • Some bloodwood hearts my son asked for to give to his family and friends as a memorial of his dog Buster, he was an amazing companion.
  • Walnut trophy's for the 2020 Ranger 20 nationals sailboat race that I participated in. It got postponed until 2022 because of Covid and there was a heat waive during the race days.
  • The trophy mock up and the blanks for carving the sailboats
  • I made a big batch of these tea light candle holders, you can see the blanks behind them. They made some great gifts, it's a lot of fun to visit a friend and see one on their mantel.
  • A couple of my sailing buddy's when I gave them coffee grinders, it looks like Patrick has already had enough coffee
  • Making my stool at Ryan's green woodwork class. What a great couple days that was!
  • A friend gave me a burl for my birthday. A different friend put together a model of the boat that his father was on in world war II and wanted a place to display it. This is what I came up with.
