I will add one to the mix.  Custom Cedar Products up in (almost) Greshem has some nice looking clear cedar 2x material.  The sell by the piece, but usually have 4’ 6’ and 8’ pieces.  they are primarily a fencing company, (they mill their own pickets) but have really nice looking clear and good pricing as well.

Lakeside Lumber in Tualatin, can be expensive and are geared toward the contractor but their wood can be flawless.

Hardwood Industries. Hardwood Industries is a Guild sponsor. Even though they say 'hardwood' sometimes they have cedar dimensional lumber.

Building Material Resources https://www.materialforless.com/ in Sherwood. They are kind of a thrift store for builders. They often have cedar. I bought a bunch of 2x2 clear Alaskan Yellow for a sauna bench and floor.

Depending on the circumstances, (quantity, quality, price,) I have purchased a fair amount of cedar from all three.
